They chose Thousand Acre Farm because of their love of country music, and enjoyed the rustic barn aspect. Matthew proposed to Emily whilst sitting at home watching a movie. It was a beautiful unseasonably warm and sun shining day! The couple met on social media and became engaged 2 years prior to their wedding date. With its rustic charm, timeless elegance, and soft lighting….we were able to produce some amazing images. This was our first time shooting a wedding at Rosewood Farms, and it certainly didn’t disappoint.
Anthony and I were just thankful for the beautiful sky, the great company, and that the rain stayed away! It definitely didn’t feel much like spring at 50 degrees, and Emily didn’t get the snow she’d hoped for, but the day was simply perfect! The couple, both snowboarders, didn’t mind the chilly air. This beautiful couple said “I do” on the first day of spring, at Rosewood Farms in Elkton, Maryland. With the March winds, beautiful clouds and ever changing skies, it was a great day to photograph Emily and Michaels wedding.
